Coffee Consultant
Baristas are people who prepare and (well, in General) serves espresso-based coffee drinks. Barista must also be reliable in operationalize Espresso Machines and also a Manual Brewing. I entered the world of coffee starting from 2010 and I'm very proud of this profession although I am a chef for 4 years. I started with passion and conviction, I also follow National barista Championship three times and fruition is good enough. I decided to become a coffee consultant since the end of 2013, so I am working on starting from the concept, menu food & beverage concept, design coffee shop and than training barista and also the system operational until running a business is about 2-3 months. My first project was with 3 coffee Gayo store and then I have completed several projects coffee shops in Jakarta and Bandung. My projects include Escape Coffee, My Loc Bistro & Coffee Bar, WA Coffee & Gallery two shops, Gayobies two shops, Roti Bakar Kemang, Vin +, Remedial Coffee and now is new project is Dialog Kafein on going.
